Magnetoelectric coupling effect of Ni1-xZnxFe2O4/PZT (NZFO/PZT) thin film heterostructures is investigated by tuning the Zn content in NZFO film. The highest magnetoelectric coefficient NZFO/PZT achieved at x=0.15 with value 328 mV/cm Oe. This various different induced distinct magnetostriction film, which related to piezomagnetic q and initial permeability μi layer, as well exchange interaction ions tetrahedral octahedral sites. study helpful for understanding effects epitaxial that involves ferrite films.
